First ERFA group meeting opens the door to new initiatives

The purpose of the event was to test the concept and create an open forum for discussing shared challenges while inspiring new ideas for day-to-day operations. The participants' high level of engagement and positive feedback quickly confirmed that the initiative addressed a genuine need. The many valuable discussions resulted in five key focus areas that participants agreed should be prioritized by Tracelink going forward:

• Improved order planning functionality
• Advanced time tracking
• Enhanced communication and online support
• Non-conformance management
• Production recommendations

We have already started development on several of these initiatives and will continue working closely with relevant customers to ensure our solutions evolve alongside their needs. For example, we have placed a strong focus on developing our deviation module, which has recently been launched. We have also been experimenting with an AI-powered chat feature to provide faster, more precise answers to specific questions.

Several of the participating companies expressed a strong interest in attending similar full-day events in the future. We are therefore continuing to develop the concept and plan to expand it to more of our customers, making similar knowledge-sharing events a regular part of our community.

We expect to host the next ERFA group meeting this autumn.
