Tracelink has a simple warehouse management module, which, among other things, used when you need to handle BOMs or need traceability in production. If the finished product contains raw materials with batch information, the system keeps track of exactly which raw materials are included in the finished product. This makes it easy to monitor the inventory.

With batch management you can find all the traceability information that is relevant in relation to e.g. recalls or complaints, and it is simple to trace a complaint on a product back through production. If it is a systematic error for part of the production, it is possible to determine the exact extent of the error.

Bills of materials (BOM) can be activated when you receive a production order, to unfold a bill of materials of raw materials to be picked or tasks to be started. The quantity on the order is automatically multiplied so that the recipe fits.

Task management and time recording help streamline production workflows, making it easier to plan work based on available capacity. It therefore becomes both easier to give customers a reliable delivery date and to avoid possible waste, as resources are used optimally.

When the warehouse is linked with purchasing, it is easy to re-order goods from your preferred suppliers, and there is complete control over the expected return of goods to the warehouse.
