New features
We have spent the summer developing and launching a lot of new features. You can read more about them by logging into your Tracelink account and choosing the menu item “Lookup”.
A handful of key features are:
Automatic submenu for batch items with batch management
Tracelink has optimized the display of traceability by creating an automatic submenu for all items with batch. So you can see a list of all batches and search batches across all items in each item group.
The batch submenu can only be viewed if you are logged on as an administrator.
Journal
It is now possible to write free text in Tracelink in connection with orders, stocks, tools or loans. This is done under the Journal tab.
You can send what you have written to a colleague via Notify .
The journal will also show what changes have been made to the order, the stock, the tool, the customer, the purchase, etc.
Time of order
When you create an order, you can enter the time next to Start Date and Delivery Date. If you do nothing, the time is automatically 00:00. The time can always be changed. Afterwards, you can get the big overview in the Order Calendar.
