Import to
e-conomic
If you have created item lines directly on the order in Tracelink or registered hours on the order, they can be imported to the e-conomic tab so that they can be included on the invoice.
It is both tedious and time-consuming to have to write the same data twice when you want to have item lines and hour registrations included on the invoice draft. Therefore, you can now import these to the e-conomic tab.
Stock items
When an e-conomic order or quote is converted to Tracelink, the e-conomic item lines will automatically follow on the Tracelink order. If you subsequently create item lines on the Tracelink order, they will of course not appear on the e-conomic tab, which is why they will not be included on the invoice draft - unless you manually add them on the e-conomic tab. In order not to have to create the same lines again, you can import the item lines from the stock tab to the e-conomic tab.
Time registrations
Likewise, when you register hours on an order that you would like to include on the invoice draft, e.g. installer hours, they can also be imported to the e-conomic tab so that they can be included in the invoice draft.
Import button
The principle of the two functions is generally the same; you get an import button on the e-conomic tab so that items and time registrations can be imported. We recommend doing this as the last step before you complete the order and create your invoice draft.
Setup
The functions must be enabled by a Tracelink employee - therefore contact Tracelink Support. Once the functions are set up, you can follow the instructions here (in Danish):
